These Terms govern your use of the HexxGen website and dashboard (the “Service”), operated by HexxGen Digital, the trading name of Shiksha Industries (a proprietorship, GSTIN: 09FWSPS8424M1ZA) (“HexxGen”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HexxGen provides digital marketing services and a client dashboard, including reporting, AI content tools, Google Ads campaign management and Google Business Profile management.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorised to manage any business or Google account you connect to the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Google). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Payments

Fees for paid services are agreed separately. Invoices are payable as stated, and applicable taxes apply as per Indian law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and branding are owned by HexxGen. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Marketing outcomes are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexxGen is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gandhinagar / Delhi NCR have jurisdiction.
