HexxGen Digital (“HexxGen”, “we”, “us”) operates hexxgen.in and the HexxGen client dashboard (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide, name, email, phone, business name and details when you sign up, contact us, or request an audit.
• Usage data, pages visited, actions in the dashboard, and device/browser information.
• Information from connected accounts (Google), if you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your business profile information, reviews, posts, performance metrics and insights through Google’s Business Profile API. If you connect your Google Ads account, we access your campaigns, ad performance, spend and conversion metrics through the Google Ads API.
• Information from connected accounts (Meta): if you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram business account, we access the Pages and Instagram accounts you manage and, at your request, publish posts and read engagement and insights through the Meta Graph API.
• Information from connected accounts (LinkedIn): if you connect LinkedIn, we access your profile and the Company Pages you administer and, at your request, publish posts and read engagement and analytics through the LinkedIn Marketing APIs.

2. Connected platform data (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) & Limited Use

When you authorise HexxGen to access your Google account, we use the Google Business Profile and Google Ads data only to display, analyse, report on and manage your profile and advertising campaigns inside your HexxGen dashboard, at your request.

HexxGen’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not:

• sell or transfer Google user data to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers;
• use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalised advertising;
• use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes;
• allow humans to read Google user data, unless you give explicit consent, it is necessary for security, or it is required by law.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our access and use of Meta Platform data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use it only to publish and report on content inside your HexxGen dashboard, at your request, and never sell it or use it for unrelated advertising.

LinkedIn: our access and use of LinkedIn data follows the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. We use it only to publish and report on content inside your HexxGen dashboard, at your request.

3. How we use information

• To provide and operate the Service (dashboard, reports, AI content, GMB management).
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To improve, maintain and secure the Service.
• To send service-related communication.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, database, email, AI processing), bound by confidentiality, and where required by law.

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, including disconnecting your Google account, at any time by emailing us. We delete connected-platform data (Google, Meta or LinkedIn) on request or when you disconnect the account.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal information and withdraw consent for connected accounts by contacting us.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
